Pricing Errors and Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, Central Ohio Paintball shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Central Ohio Paintball shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Substitution of Items and Back Orders
We reserve the right to substitute paintball color if the the ordered color is unavailable. We may, out our discretion, substitute like-kind-items where a brand is considered a commodity item. In the event of a back order situation, we will use our discretion to process an order and release the order in a timely fashion. This may include an order being shipped incomplete or a delay in processing if we are shipping it complete. We make an effort to contact customers in the event of a backorder situation.

Shipping Promotions
Central Ohio Paintball shall reserve the right to modify the shipping promotion terms at any time. Certain heavy items may be excluded from the shipping promotion on a case by case basis and an order by order basis based on a number of factors including shipping location, weight and package size.

Central Ohio Paintball shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that the laws of the State of Ohio shall govern any legal action brought against CENTRAL OHIO PAINTBALL INC.
